BJY uses high-quality imported solid aluminum bars for the cavity body, providing excellent thermal conductivity and supporting efficient thermal management during high-speed production.
The internal cooling circuits are engineered to provide uniform temperature control throughout the 150*419.6 mm cavity, helping reduce the risk of deformation and other forming defects in PET bottles. To support long-term durability, the cavity surface is treated with a specialized hard-anodizing process, creating a wear-resistant surface that supports stable performance during continuous industrial production.
