About drinktec: drinktec has grown into one of the few industry events that genuinely covers the full spectrum of beverage and liquid food production. From equipment manufacturers and packaging suppliers to process engineers and R&D teams, it draws in people who deal with the day-to-day reality of making and distributing what we drink. Sustainability and digital tools are taking center stage in recent years—and you’ll see plenty of that on display in Munich.
Why BJY is Attending
BJY has been designing and producing PET molds for over a decade, with a particular focus on packaging for beverages and other liquid products. Much of what we do starts from a sample or an idea—clients often come to us with a specific bottle in mind, and we reverse-engineer the rest.
Over time, we’ve refined lightweight mold structures that help reduce material usage without compromising strength, and we’ve developed systems that adapt easily to different machines. Beyond manufacturing, we also handle custom bottle and Preform design, and we’ve worked on retrofitting older lines to meet new production goals.
At drinktec 2025, we’ll be sharing some of these solutions—and we’re looking forward to talking with producers who are navigating similar challenges in packaging performance, efficiency, and cost control.

Company Background & Technical Innovations
BJY was founded in 2011 and is based in Foshan, China. The company expanded rapidly: in 2012 production capacity tripled and in 2013 it entered the preform mold market. BJY became a mold supplier for global brands (e.g. Krones) in 2014. By 2015, BJY was exporting blow molds to Europe and North America. In 2016 the company introduced advanced inspection equipment (Zeiss, Keyence). In subsequent years, BJY expanded into cap molds and new markets (Southeast Asia, Japan, Middle East, Africa). The company implemented an ERP system in 2020 and saw annual sales exceed $5 million by 2021. In 2022–2023, BJY further expanded its scale and implemented a MES smart workshop management system. BJY emphasizes technical innovation, such as lightweight mold design that optimizes materials and structure to cut weight and cost. The company offers fully customized services, from bottle and preform design to mold production and equipment retrofit. Notably, BJY also developed an advanced exhaust system for its blow-Mold Bases to improve gas venting and product consistency.

Global Reach & Invitation Message
We've worked with bottlers and beverage companies in more countries than we can probably list on one page, big and small, new and established. Our molds have ended up in production lines from Southeast Asia to Europe, and we've learned a lot along te way.
This September, we'll be at drinktec in Munich. If you're dropping by the show, stop at Hall C5, Booth 640. No pressure, just come by, see what we do, ask us something if you're curious. Or don't. We'll be there either way.
