A Busy Booth with Real Conversations

Our stand, presented in blue and white colors, quickly became a lively meeting point. Every day we welcome around 15 companies and about 50 visitors. The atmosphere is dynamic — many people stop to exchange business cards, take photos, and ask in-depth questions. A few visitors even stayed with us for more than half an hour, carefully examining our molds and talking through their specific production challenges.

With eight team members on site, we can split into smaller groups and give each visitor proper attention. Sometimes two engineers work side by side, one showing technical drawings while another explains how our cooling systems improve performance. These live discussions are one of the highlights of the exhibition for us.

What We Are Showing

For this year’s exhibition, we carried a wide range of molds to Munich. Among them, three Blow Molds are displayed at our booth, and they have attracted particular interest. Visitors want to see how precise the cavity finishing is, how fast the cycle time can be, and how easily the molds can fit into their production environment.

Several customers arrived from companies using well-known machinery brands such as Husky, Sacmi, KHS, Krones, and Sipa. Their key question was always the same: “Will your molds run smoothly on our existing machines?” Our answer is clear. Yes, they will. We can create molds by applying reverse engineering to customer samples, or we can design brand-new bottle shapes from provided dimensions. Either way, our molds are made to be fully compatible with existing machines. No costly changes to production lines are required.

Positive Feedback, Especially from Germany

The German market has been particularly responsive. One customer from Munich told us directly: “We did not expect this level of precision from a Chinese supplier. It proves how strong your manufacturing really is.” Feedback like this encourages our team and shows that our focus on quality is recognized internationally.
