RUPLASTICA 2026 – BJY Booth Update from Moscow

January 27 was the first day of RUPLASTICA 2026 in Moscow. The exhibition opened in the morning, and visitors started moving through the halls early. Many of them came from packaging plants, beverage factories, and plastic processing companies.

BJY is taking part in the exhibition this year. Our booth is located at Pavilion 2, Hall 5, Booth 25B33. On the table, we placed several Pet Blow Mold samples that are taken directly from previous production projects.

Some of the samples are complete molds. Others are bottle base parts and inserts. These molds are used on high-speed rotary blow Molding Machines, mainly for bottled water and beverage production. Visitors can pick them up, look at the surfaces, and check the machining details by themselves.

During the first hours of the show, most conversations were very practical. A few visitors asked how often molds need to be replaced when running at high speed. Others talked about problems they had with bottle base stability. There were also questions about keeping the same bottle shape while changing only the base design.

BJY has been working with PET molds since 2011. In daily work, many projects are not about creating new bottles from zero. More often, customers want to adjust existing molds after a period of production. This may involve replacing worn parts or modifying certain structures based on feedback from the filling line.

At the booth, discussions were usually short and direct. Delivery time, communication during modification, and spare parts were mentioned more than once. Having real mold samples on site made these talks faster and clearer.
