Every October, AllPack Indonesia gathers packaging people from across Asia. This year, from the 21st to the 24th, our team from Foshan Baijinyi Precise Technology Co., Ltd. will be in Jakarta, Hall D, Booth DB035. We won’t be doing stage shows or running machines. What we bring is simpler: our molds, our engineers, and plenty of time for real conversations.

Most visitors who stop by don’t just look at the molds. They bring questions. Sometimes it’s about a Preform that comes out with strange marks. Other times, a bottle that keeps cracking at the base. We’ve even heard about caps that don’t seal properly, though the machine settings look fine. These issues are frustrating on the factory floor. They also tend to have one thing in common: the mold design.

That’s where we can help. At Baijinyi, we design PET preform molds, Blow Molds, and closure molds. But the work goes beyond making a tool. We also provide design services—bottle shapes, cap styles—and reverse engineering when an old mold needs to be replaced. Many customers come to us with a sample in hand and ask, “Can you make this work on my line?” Our answer is usually yes, and we explain how.

For over ten years, we’ve been solving these kinds of problems from our base in Foshan, China. We’ve seen bottles deform because of uneven cooling. We’ve seen Preforms crystallize in ways that ruin transparency. And in most cases, it’s not about replacing an entire system. A careful change in mold design often fixes the issue. Visitors who came to us in past exhibitions left with new ideas to test back at their plants, and later wrote to say the defect rates had dropped.

Our engineers are happy to listen and share options. Sometimes it’s a quick adjustment, sometimes a new design, sometimes reverse engineering of a part that’s been running for too long.
