Causes：
1.Quality issues with raw material performance

3.Barrel heating temperature is too high（＞285℃）
4.Too high screw backpressure
5.Cycle time is too long
Solutions：
1.Inspection of the quality of raw materials before they enter the warehouse
2.Check dryer operation (e.g. dew point, drying temperature/time)
3.Keep the temperature as low as possible while maintaining quality
4.Set the backpressure to (400-600psi) provided that the quality is maintained
5.Optimization of the cycle time (avoiding excessive residence time of the raw
material in the screw)
