This mould is made from imported aluminium, and we often hear from clients that its durability and heat performance make a noticeable difference. Faster cooling helps bottles keep their shape and reduces cycle times, which in practice saves both time and materials. When producing thousands of bottles a day, small improvements like this really add up.

We also sandblast the bottom of each mould. It might seem like a minor step, but it does two things: first, bottles release more easily from the mould (less sticking, fewer interruptions), and second, the bottom surface looks cleaner and more refined. Many of our Japanese clients have mentioned that this finishing touch gives their products a more professional look straight off the line.
