The high density of American solid aluminum ensures that the mold body remains stable under pressure, providing the longevity needed for high-volume 570ml production lines.
Internal Mirror Polish and Surface Quality
The interior of the mold is where the 570ml bottle takes its final shape. We keep the internal cavity in its raw, mirror-polished aluminum state. Some manufacturers make the mistake of anodizing the interior, but we have observed that this can create surface drag during the rapid expansion of the PET preform. A raw, polished surface minimizes friction and maximizes heat transfer, resulting in a bottle with a flawless finish. The exterior frame is treated with Hard Anodizing to resist corrosion from sterilization agents.
