How It Works
Stretch blow molding happens in two stages.
First, the preform—26.5 g with a 2925 neck—goes through an infrared oven. It’s heated to the right temperature so the material will stretch evenly.
Then it moves into the mold. A stretch rod pulls it lengthwise while compressed air pushes it outward against the cavity walls. The bottle takes its final shape in milliseconds. Right after that, our cooling system pulls the heat out fast, locking in the shape and keeping the material strong and clear.
Materials and Technology
We build these molds primarily from A6061 aluminum alloy. It conducts heat well, resists corrosion, and keeps cooling efficient.
On the process side, we use:
High-speed CNC machining for micron-level accuracy
Surface treatments that add wear and corrosion resistance
