    Shell Use Instructions

    1.Inspect the platen surface, and thoroughly clean it before installing the new mold shell.

    2.Drain the existing coolant and remove the old mold shell.

    3.Align the mold shell with the platen’s bolt holes—hand-tighten both sides evenly, then torque to specification.

    4.Connect the cooling hoses, check the pressure.

    5.Run a commissioning cycle: monitor temperature, cycle time, and bottle weight variation.

    6.Maintain quarterly inspections, re-scan dimensions and check cooling flow.
