The cavity design follows standard 750ml bottle dimensions. Cooling channels are placed evenly, which helps the bottle cool at a steady rate. The mold connects easily to Newamstar blow molding machines without adjustment. Operators often use this type of mold for mineral water or juice bottles because of the stable shape it provides during production. It can also handle edible oil and daily chemical bottles where consistent weight and neck accuracy are required.
Operating Steps
Secure the mold onto the machine frame.
Insert one PET preform into the mold cavity.
Start the air blowing process until the preform fits the mold shape.
Keep water temperature within 10–12°C during operation.
After cooling, open the mold and remove the bottle.
Check for scratches or buildup on the mold surface.
Clean with mild detergent and soft cloth before next use.
Application Notes
This 750ml blow mold is commonly used in small and medium beverage plants. Some factories use it to make transparent water bottles; others use tinted PET for juice or tea. For edible oil, thicker wall settings are preferred. With proper maintenance, the aluminum surface can stay smooth for years.
