Segmented Neck Ring Structure Design
The neck ring adopts a mirrored, left-right split structure, enabling rapid assembly through a precision wedge-locking mechanism and securing bolts.
This segmented design supports independently machined cooling channels, eliminating the need for additional sealing of process holes. As a result, cooling efficiency is significantly improved, injection cycle time is reduced, and deformation issues in thick-walled preforms caused by uneven cooling are effectively minimized.
High-Hardness Material and Long-Life Design
The neck ring body is manufactured from imported high-hardness mold steel and treated with a vacuum hardening process. This enhances wear resistance and fatigue strength, ensuring extended service life under high-frequency production conditions.
Flexible Compatibility and High Adaptability
The neck ring can be customized to fit a variety of neck finishes, including PCO 1881 and ROPP standards. The cavity layout is adjustable and compatible with mainstream injection molding machines (e.g., ISO 160–250 ton models), significantly reducing mold changeover time.
With modular design, the system allows quick adjustment of preform height and wall thickness, supporting production of preforms ranging from 60g to 80g. This flexibility meets the diverse needs of packaging manufacturers.

Large-volume Beverage Packaging:
Suitable for preform production of 1.5L and above bottles for mineral water, juice, and sports drinks. Ensures excellent wall thickness uniformity for optimal blow molding performance.
Edible Oil and Condiment Packaging:
Compatible with small-format edible oil bottle preforms under 5 liters, offering consistent dimensional accuracy and flow control at the neck ring.
Household and Industrial Containers:
Applicable to detergent bottles, chemical jerry cans, and other industrial containers. Supports masterbatch and UV stabilizer additives, enhancing weather resistance for outdoor storage applications.
