    How It Works

    The Preform Pick-up Tube attaches right at the injection molding machine’s mold opening. Once the PET preform is formed inside the mold, this tube quickly grabs the hot preform. Inside, the tube acts like a mini cooling chamber, where air or coolant flows around the preform to cool it down fast. This helps the preform keep its shape and reach the right temperature before being handed off to the Huayan robot arm. The tube’s exact size fits the preform snugly, avoiding any damage or deformation during this cooling stage.
