This blow bottle mold is used on high-speed rotary blow molding machines to form PET preforms into finished bottles. The mold size is ø135 × 429.5 mm and it is suitable for aseptic production lines.     Product Characteristics

    The mould works by blowing compressed air into the heated PET preform. Under air pressure, the preform expands, closely adhering to the inner cavity of the mould. After rapid cooling and shaping, the bottle is released with its final structure and appearance. The accuracy of the mould directly determines bottle quality, dimensional stability, and production output.

    How the Mold Works

    During production, the heated PET preform is placed inside the mold. Compressed air is then applied to expand the preform until it fits the cavity shape. Because aluminum transfers heat quickly, the bottle cools and forms in a short time. After cooling, the bottle is released and the next cycle begins. This process allows stable output under high-speed conditions.

    Mold Storage and Care

    After production, the mold surface should be cleaned and any liquid inside the mold should be removed. Lubricating oil should be applied to guide pillars, guide bushings, lower neck parts, and base mold sleeves.

    The cavity and base mold forming surfaces should be cleaned using mold cleaning paste. Wipe repeatedly with clean medical degreased cotton until the surface becomes smooth and bright, then remove any remaining paste.

    All vent holes should be cleaned with compressed air to keep airflow unobstructed.

    When storing the mold, fix the cavity and base mold together using locking screws or special straps, and place them on a dedicated mold storage rack.
